STRAWBERRY FIZZ

Ingredients

  • 5cl DISTILLED DRY GIN MATTEI
  • 2cl Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1cl Cane Sugar Syrup
  • 3 Strawberries
  • 1 Sprig of Mint
  • Sparkling Water

  1. STEP 1

    Grab a highball glass and fill it with ice cubes.

  2. STEP 2

    In a shaker, muddle the strawberries with the cane sugar syrup to extract the juice.

  3. STEP 3

    Add the gin, lemon juice, and some ice cubes.

  4. STEP 4

    Shake for eight seconds and pour into the glass filled with ice.

  5. STEP 5

    Top up with sparkling water.

  6. STEP 6

    Garnish with a sprig of mint and a strawberry.
