P&M Whiskies
P&M whisky is the result of a collaboration between two Corsican experts: the Pietra brewery and the Mavela distillery.
The mash, specially crafted by Pietra, is distilled at Domaine Mavela using a Holstein still. It is then patiently aged on-site for many years. The ageing cellar is filled with French oak barrels from the Tronçais forest, renowned worldwide for the exceptional quality of its wood.
Before maturation, these barrels are entrusted to some of Corsica’s most prestigious winemakers to produce their finest cuvées.
The P&M Single Malt thus gains a unique character, enriched by the tannins of these noble terroirs. Aged under Corsica’s generous climate, the whisky undergoes significant evaporation, accelerating maturation and intensifying aromatic concentration—making each batch exceptionally rich and truly one of a kind.
Liqueurs
We offer two main ranges of liqueurs: the “1755” collection and the “Natura” range.
Fruity and refined, the 1755 liqueurs are made from fresh, emblematic Corsican fruits: wild myrtle berries, chestnut, citron, and clementine. This range also includes the essential “Limoncellu”, a creamy lemon liqueur.
A perfect balance of alcohol, fruit, and sugar, the Natura liqueurs are made from macerations of fruits or citrus peels harvested in Corsica.
Our Natura chocolate liqueur, non-chill filtered, with no added coloring or flavoring, is pure, elegant, and sure to delight any gourmet.
Eaux-de-Vie (Fruit Brandies)
Bold and full of character, the eaux-de-vie in the 1755 range are distilled from iconic Corsican fruits such as myrtle and citron.
A traditional grape brandy rounds out the collection.
