CAP CORSE MATTEI

Staying true to its original recipe, “CAP MATTEI” is made from Corsican grape juice—Muscat and Vermentinu varietals—blended with macerations of quinquina bark, Corsican citron, and a selection of fruits, herbs, and spices. 

An inimitable aperitif, the original recipe comes in two versions: Cap Mattei Rouge and Cap Mattei Blanc.

CAP GRANDE RESERVE

Specially crafted for mixology, the Mattei Grandes Réserves are rich in quinquina, offering bold aromas and an alcohol content of 17%. 

The recipe is available in two versions: Cap Corse Rouge Grande Réserve and Cap Corse Blanc Grande Réserve.

Cédratine is an exquisite Corsican citron liqueur. Created in the late 19th century, L.N. Mattei’s Cédratine is the result of a blend of aromatic plant distillates and a double distillation of Corsican citrons.

MYRTTEI Rouge et Blanche

Created by Louis Napoléon Mattei, the Myrttei Blanche and Myrttei Rouge liqueurs are made from a blend of distillates and wild myrtle berries harvested from the Corsican maquis. These liqueurs release a subtle fragrance that once stirred the nostalgic memories of Emperor Bonaparte.

GIN LN MATTEI

Distilled Dry Gin L.N. Mattei is crafted from a selection of citrus fruits and botanicals inspired by the aromatic richness of the Corsican maquis. 

It opens with a beautiful juniper nose complemented by subtle herbal notes, particularly from bay leaf. On the palate, it reveals vibrant citrus flavors brought out by Corsican lemons and citrons. Its bright freshness and unique taste are perfectly balanced by a finish that is both smooth and light! 

GIN L'IMMORTEL

With its island-inspired aromatic notes, L’Immortel Gin is truly distinctive. 

After maceration, a carefully selected blend of botanicals is distilled to develop the sophisticated aromatic profile of this unique gin. 

On the nose, juniper takes center stage, enhanced by citrus notes and herbal touches from marjoram, bay leaf, and fennel. 

On the palate, fresh citrus flavors from Corsican citrons and lemons unfold over the subtle aroma of juniper, supported by fennel seeds and a hint of immortelle. 

With a smooth, bitterness-free finish and a pleasantly long aftertaste, L’Immortel offers a balanced flavor that’s exceptionally fresh, rounded, and floral.
