
MOJITO DU CAP CORSE
Ingredients
- 5cl CAP CORSE MATTEI BLANC
- 2cl cane sugar syrup
- 12 mint leaves
- 4 rapefruit wedges
- Sparkling water
- grapefruit slice and 1 mint sprig for garnish

STEP 1
Muddle the grapefruit and sugar directly in the glass.

Lightly clap the mint leaves between your hands to release their aroma, then add them to the glass.

Fill half the glass with crushed ice.

Add the Cap Corse Mattei Blanc and stir.

Top with ice cubes, a mint sprig, and a splash of sparkling water.
