MOJITO DU CAP CORSE

Ingredients

  • 5cl CAP CORSE MATTEI BLANC
  • 2cl cane sugar syrup
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 4 rapefruit wedges
  • Sparkling water
  • grapefruit slice and 1 mint sprig for garnish
  1. STEP 1

    Muddle the grapefruit and sugar directly in the glass.

  2. STEP 2

    Lightly clap the mint leaves between your hands to release their aroma, then add them to the glass.

  3. STEP 3

    Fill half the glass with crushed ice.

  4. STEP 4

    Add the Cap Corse Mattei Blanc and stir.

  5. STEP 5

    Top with ice cubes, a mint sprig, and a splash of sparkling water.

  6. STEP 6

    Garnish with a grapefruit slice and a mint sprig.
