P&M SINGLE MALT SIGNATURE

A true hallmark of the distillery and the result of 20 years of expertise, this Single Malt is brewed by Pietra, then distilled and aged at the Mavela Distillery in old barrels previously used for white wines and muscats from Domaine Gentile. Designed as the successor to the P&M Single Malt 7 Years, this blend will be the backbone of P&M for years to come.

Tasting notes:
Pronounced amber color. This Single Malt is powerful and fruity, with notes of citrus, candied orange, and finely toasted woody aromas. On the palate, vanilla and caramel notes are also present, followed by a very long and complex finish with smoky, roasted, and toasted aromas.
