P&M SINGLE MALT 7 YEARS OLD

Produced from selected malted barley, crushed, brewed, and fermented by Brasserie Pietra, then distilled in a single pass using our Holstein still.

Our P&M Single Malt Whisky is then aged for 7 years in 220-liter oak barrels from the high forest of Tronçais (“Seguin Moreau”), which previously held only Muscat Petit Grain and white Vermentinu wine from Domaine Gentile AOP Patrimonio. Rich and complex, with a slight peaty presence, this nectar is characterized by its smoothness and fruity notes.

Tasting notes: Intense amber hue. The particularly complex nose reveals notes of cereals, apples, and hazelnuts. Rich on the palate, the attack is marked by a well-controlled vanilla flavor combined with a lovely floral freshness. This is followed by plum notes and a persistent malty character. A very slight bitterness coupled with a hint of peat emerges at the finish, making it particularly long, intense, and delicately woody.
