P&M SINGLE MALT PEATED

The result of extensive work and deep reflection, this rare batch—limited to just 1,700 bottles—is a first for the distillery. Until now, no “Peated” whisky had been produced by our still, out of concern for preserving the P&M DNA. Ultimately, it was the blend of multiple peat levels that prevailed, creating a well-balanced whisky for this new P&M series.

Tasting notes: Amber color with bronze highlights and golden gleams. Peat is the dominant initial note on the nose, gradually giving way to fresh herb and licorice aromas. The smoky flavor is present throughout the tasting, joined by a spicy touch and a subtly vanilla sweetness.
