LOVE TONIC

Ingredients

  • 5cl DISTILLED DRY GIN MATTEI
  • 2cl PASSION FRUIT SYRUP
  • 10cl TONIC
  • HALF A PASSION FRUIT AND/OR A SPRIG OF ROSEMARY

  1. STEP 1

    Grab a highball or balloon glass and fill it with ice cubes.

  2. STEP 2

    Add the gin and the passion fruit syrup (or pulp) along with a few seeds.

  3. STEP 3

    Stir, then top up with tonic.

  4. STEP 4

    Stir gently again, from the bottom up.

  5. STEP 5

    Garnish with half a passion fruit and a sprig of rosemary.
