POIRE BELLE P&M

Ingredients

  • 4cl P&M Single Corn Whisky
  • 1.5cl Cap Corse Mattei grande réserve blanc
  • 1.5cl lemon juice
  • 1.5cl cinnamon syrup
  • 4cl pear juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters (optional)
  • Sparkling water (optional)

  1. STEP 1

    Add ice cubes directly to your glass.

  2. STEP 2

    Pour all ingredients into the glass, except the sparkling water.

  3. STEP 3

    Stir well.

  4. STEP 4

    Top with sparkling water.

  5. STEP 5

    Stir again and serve your delicious Poire Belle P&M.
