Ingredients

  • 4cl DISTILLED DRY GIN MATTEI
  • 2cl Raspberry–Lemon Verbena Syrup
  • 1,5cl Lemon Juice
  • Sparkling Water
  • Lemon Zest & Fresh Raspberry (in season)
  1. STEP 1

    Grab a tumbler glass and fill it with ice cubes.

  2. STEP 2

    Add the raspberry–lemon verbena syrup, lemon juice, and gin.

  3. STEP 3

    Stir gently.

  4. STEP 4

    Top up with sparkling water.

  5. STEP 5

    Stir gently from the bottom up.

  6. STEP 6

    Garnish with a twist of lemon zest and/or a fresh raspberry.
